Rooted & Rising: Tuesday Circle

Rooted & Rising is a small circle helping children feel safe, seen and understood. Over four weekly gatherings, children discover they are not alone in what they feel, learn to understand their emotions, thoughts and body signals, and build simple tools for the moments that feel overwhelming.
Run by Melanie. Tuesdays, 16:30 to 17:45: 6 October, 13 October, 20 October, and 3 November. No session on 27 October due to the school holidays.
Small groups of up to 8 children, ages 6 to 8 and 9 to 12, in English and Portuguese. €180 for the full four-week journey, including all materials. After each session, parents receive a short summary of what was explored, with simple ways to continue the conversation at home.
