Back by popular demand! After the huge success of our first Girls Club workshop, Periods & Growing Up is returning to Be Home. Together we'll explore the phases of the menstrual cycle, how your body changes, and what to expect, from anatomy and cycle energy to the practical stuff. A welcoming and supportive space for girls aged 9 to 12 and their mums, led by Lisa and Melissa.
