The Girls Club

Together we will explore the phases of the menstrual cycle, how your body changes, and what to expect. From anatomy and cycle energy to the practical stuff. A welcoming and supportive space for girls aged 9 to 12 and their mums, led by Lisa and Melissa. Tickets are €30 per mum and daughter pair, or €40 for mum and two daughters.
